Description
For 15 years, Stéphane worked in mergers and acquisitions, providing sales, purchase, private placement and sovereign advisory services to large corporations, investment funds and entrepreneurs on small/mid-cap French and cross-border transactions. In 2018, he joined Smalt Capital as Director of Development and Organisation and member of the Executive Board. In November 2019, he was appointed Head of the Overseas Division and moved to Réunion to launch the RUNaissance fund.
