National Agency for Information System Security
A department of the Prime Minister's Office under the authority of the Secretary General for Defence and National Security, the National Agency for Information System Security (ANSSI) is the national authority for cybersecurity and cyber defence in France. Its work falls within the scope of the State's sovereign missions, serving the general public policy objective of security and resilience for government agencies, the economy and society as a whole.
