Description
Thomas Lhuillery, a specialist in agronomic experimentation and from a family of growers of perfume, aromatic, and medicinal plants (PAMP), joined Elixens France in 2025. Elixens France is an independent, family-owned French company specializing in the production, processing, and marketing of high-value-added aromatic raw materials.
Based in the Drôme region, at the heart of the Dauphiné-Provence production area, he supports a group of approximately fifty organic growers (SICA Bio Plantes), overseeing activities from crop planning through to harvesting to ensure the quality and consistency of Elixens France's raw material supplies. He also provides technical expertise and guidance to other long-standing partner growers.
Previously, he spent over fifteen years at ISARA Lyon as a research technician within an agroecology and environmental research team. His work focused on adapting and developing agroecological practices to enhance the economic, social, and environmental sustainability of agricultural systems.
His career combines agronomic expertise, in-depth knowledge of plant production sectors, and support for growers, contributing to quality assurance and the sustainable valorization of natural resources.
